Soupçon Cooking Classes
There is nothing more rewarding for me than to have people learn about where their food comes from, to be more confident in the kitchen, to try out new recipes and foods, but most of all to have fun cooking! Tuesday night dinner club.
Year 7 of our dinner club! Come and check it out, take all 6 weeks or just drop in for a class or two. What can you expect from these classes? An overall view of cooking with Asian ingredients, the classes are designed to be small (no more than 10) where we meet, discuss the ingredients, where to find them and how to prepare them. Then we pair off into groups and start prepping for our meal. You'll learn loads of little tricks along the way and we make everything from scratch! After cooking, we sit down together and talk about the menu, how we can change things, variations of the recipes, all while sipping on a glass of wine and enjoying our hard work.
- Classes are from 6-9.30pm
- Students are asked to bring an apron, knives and measuring spoons and cups.
- Cost is $350 plus tax for the 6 week session or $67 plus tax for drop in. The price includes a 3 course meal, a glass of wine, instruction and recipes.
- Please advise us if you have any dietary restrictions or are vegetarian, we will do our best to accommodate you.
- Full payment is needed before the start of the session to reserve your spot.
