Cooking Class Information
Soupçon Cooking Classes
- This will be the 5th year I do cooking classes at Soupçon!
Come on your own or reserve for a group of friends, it makes for an original birthday party!
Classes are small, intimate and hands on with a maximum of 8 students.
Classes this year will be held on Tuesday evenings from 6-9pm.
Students are asked to bring an apron, knives, measuring spoons and cups.
Cost is $300 plus tax for the 6 week session or $65 plus tax for drop in.
The price includes a 3 course meal, a glass of wine, instruction and recipes.
Please advise us upon registration if you have any allergies, are vegetarian or other dietary restrictions.
Full payment is needed before the start of the session to reserve your spot.

After trying to figure out how to do an intermediate class for those of you who want a bit more of a challenge, I thought I'd offer myself for the day...your $200 would get you a day with me! That's shopping in Chinatown, I'll show you where I buy all of my food, we'll do a menu plan, create some recipes and go back to your house and cook...well you'll cook and I'll make sure it turns out right!
So, plan a party for no more than 8 people or get a few of your friends together and we'll hang out...sounds like fun eh? They have been... I've done about 6 so far...so phone for more information and to see about my date availability....
