Hello! Welcome to the new Soupçon! Here’s a little update; I ran this awesome little restaurant for the past 7 years and decided it was time to start fulfilling new dreams...I decided to keep the name Soupçon alive...I might be done with the restaurant but I’m not done with the name, not yet anyways! So, I’m just leaving this up with my contact info, a little thank you for supporting my restaurant for so long and hopefully you’ll keep in touch and I’ll let you know where and what I’m up to. I’ve been cooking for a long time and every once in a while I think it’s time to leave it behind and do other things...however my heart is in cooking and I never leave it behind for long....I hope to travel and get re-inspired by new foods and bring it home and well, who knows maybe open up again or cook somewhere or even do a cookbook...Stay tuned!!!!
